❌ El Rincón del Meta-análisis❌ ⠀ 👋 Ey, que tal, bienvenido a esta nueva sección, donde analizaremos un estudio. ⠀ 👉 La frecuencia de entrenamiento es una de las variables más estudiada a lo largo de los años en el campo de la hipertrofia, y se refiere al número de veces a la semana que se entrena un grupo muscular en concreto. ⠀⠀ Se ha propuesto que entrenar de forma frecuente un grupo muscular a la semana y con poco volumen por sesión, era una de las mejores opciones para maximizar el estímulo, bajo la hipótesis de la elevación de las MPS, y sugiriendo que hay techo límite para su elevación. ⠀ ▪️OBJETIVO DEL ESTUDIO ⠀ Ver de qué manera influye la frecuencia de entrenamiento en las ganancias de masa muscular. ⠀ Este meta-análisis (revisión de varios estudios), analizaron varias frecuencias de entrenamiento, por una parte, fue con volúmenes equiparados (f=1, 2, 3, o 4-6) y por otra, con volúmenes no equiparados (f=1, 2 o 3+). ⠀⠀ Para ello se usó herramientas de estadística como tamaño de la muestra divido por la desviación. ⠀⠀ ▪️INTERPRETACION ⠀⠀ En esta revisión se llegó a la conclusión que, independiente de la frecuencia utilizada, si el volumen de entrenamiento esta equiparado, la frecuencia pasa a ser una variable secundaria. ⠀ 🤔 Sin embargo, podemos extraer varios puntos clave, como propuestas prácticas que puedes ver en la imagen. ⠀ #powerlifting #motivation  #training  #abs #sixpack  #bodybuilding  #crossfit  #running  #benchpress  #squat  #deadlift  #workout  #gym  #gymtime #fit  #fitness  #instafit #gymmotivation  #shredded  #iifym  #picoftheday  #like4like #l4l #luli #jpacheco
